Carla's fees are usually based on an hourly rate. The specific rate depends on the type and complexity of the project. Carla does not have the overhead costs of maintaining separate offices. By passing that savings along to her clients, Carla is able to keep her rates at reasonable, affordable levels. In special circumstances, a flat fee arrangement is possible.
Normally, payment is due upon project delivery. A deposit may be required. Ongoing projects are billed monthly, and payment is due by the 15th day of the following month.
The initial telephone conference or e-mail correspondence about the project is without charge.
